What's the point?

What if going to church was easy? What if you actually liked it? Isn’t church supposed to be a good thing?

That’s The Point.

God loves you. He’s not concerned with where you’ve been, what you wear, if you have questions; He’s not expecting you to be perfect or totally understand Him. The Point is a church where you can experience a real God for your real life. God loves you where you are and He desires to take you places you never thought you could go.

Come as you are. No need to cover up tattoos, dress up, or pretend you have the perfect life or the perfect family. Bring your questions and your concerns.

Check out The Point before you ever walk in the door by downloading thepointknox mobile app or following @thepointknox on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

Our mission

We exist to connect the disconnected

to a growing and reproducing relationship with Christ.

Our vision

Experience. Connect. Reflect.

Experience

This is a church where you can experience God wherever you are in life. God isn't concerned with where you have been. He is not afraid of your questions. He is not afraid of your doubts. He is a real God for your real life. God loves you where you are and he desires to take you places you never thought you could go. The Point is a place where you can experience the love of God where you are.

Connect

Often we look for ways to connect. It is easy to get lost in the world of Iphones, lattes, Twitter and Facebook. God wants a connection to you that goes beyond the texts and e-mails and reaches straight into your heart. That connection is the most important relationship for our lives. At The Point we focus on helping you grow closer to God and to one another as we connect to God and continue growing the community of believers.

Reflect

Looking around us, we see the world with its many facets. The great beauty of nature and the harsh reality of modern problems all seem to blend together in our lives. What the world reflects is different from what we reflect at The Point. We want our faith in a loving, forgiving God to show clearly in our lives and our community. Part of our focus is looking for ways to serve others while sharing what God has done for us. We realize we are a reflection of his love to those around us.

Welcome to the heart of God. Welcome to the heart of his Church. Welcome to the heart of The Point.
